Halloween

We start blogs so that we might have somewhere to air our views or maybe share our thoughts with the rest of the world. Thing is, what do you write about when it seems that (on the surface) you have nothing of real importance to say? I’m having one of those days today!

I feel that I should add something new, after all I’ve committed myself by starting this blog, you’ve spent five minutes of your time (well maybe not five but hopefully one or two) reading what I have to say and today there is nothing but me rambling on about nothing!

I’ve understood for a long time that the best and most visited websites and blogs have something of importance to it’s readers. So far I hope I’ve entertained you with my story and poem plus I’ve let you into my life a little with my other ramblings.

Today is full of frustration. I could bore you all with how hard it seems for me to find gainful employment, I doubt your interested in that!

I could tell you my thoughts on what the TV companies call entertainment, but hell you either like what they put on or not, in my case most of the time it is “not”.

All I will say is that my local residents association had a Halloween Party last night (Saturday) and we all had a laugh. We watched Fright Night and The Fearless Vampire Killers projected onto a screen we have and it was great to not be searching the TV schedule to find yet another boring programme to waste an hour of our lives. It was good to actually interact with real people instead of those in cyberspace (no matter how real you are, unless I can see your lips move, it’s not a real conversation).

Roll on tomorrow, hopefully another real conversation awaits.
